Recipe Monday; Beef & Broccoli with Garlic Noodles

We all crave the weekend on Mondays and sometimes it can be difficult to find time to make a good meal.  Well you are in luck, this dish will take you less than 30 minutes from start to finish, will cost you less than $10 and feeds 4.  

 You will need:                                            
 1 pound of beef, I used Top Blade Steak
    12 OZ bag of frozen Broccoli Florets.            Pasta Roni Garlic & Olive Oil Vermicelli

For Sauce:                                                  
 4 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce               
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes                          
     1 tsp Whataburger Creamy Pepper Sauce

For Beef:                                                         
Meat Tenderizer                                           
McCormick Grill Mates Chipotle & Garlic, Fiery 5 Pepper and Spicy Montreal Steak                   

Season beef on both sides.

Cut into 1 inch pieces.

      Place 4 Tbsp of water in 12 inch skillet place on Med-High heat, add beef.  While meat is cooking make pasta according to package. 

Cook for 2 minutes and turn.  Add sauce cook another 3 minutes.

Add broccoli and cook 5 more minutes.

Turn up heat to high and cook 1 minute to thicken sauce.   

Plate and enjoy!!!
